1. Where can I purchase products after I have installed my retort?
We carry a complete line of products for use in the crematory from cardboard containers to refrigerators. Our sales staff will be happy to assist you in choosing items that will enhance your business.

2. Is there someone local to keep up the maintenance and to call for repairs?
We have 8 service technicians and 5 refractory installers to handle all your repair needs. We operate a 24-hour maintenance hot line and can remedy most problems over the telephone. Should a service call be required we would send the closest available tech to your location.

3. What type of support services is offered and can someone be reached 24 hours a day?
If a problem occurs with your equipment during our standard work hours, 7am to 5pm Eastern Standard Time, you can call our 800 number for technical support. If you call after hours you will be instructed to enter your phone number into our digital paging system and a factory- trained technician will return your call to solve the problem within 15 minutes.
